PITCH TYPES AND RULES

Grass pitches. Campfires providing they leave no mark on the ground are allowed here, however on the river ground they are only allowed in specific areas. These pitches  consist of the family camping area, sling, top river ground and riverside area.  Please note that the river ground is not suitable for motorhomes and only open when the weather is dry. Access to the river is from the lower river ground by the big oak tree. Portaloos and water points are evenly positioned over this area.

Orchard Camping. Campfires are not permitted in the orchard areas. Both the damson and apple orchard are in close vicinity to the fishing pools, taphouse, showers and flushing toilets. As our site is wild camping we do not offer set pitches and pitches are allocated on a first come first served basis, so if you wish to camp on the banks of the fishing pool we recommend you to arrive early. Portaloos and water points are evenly positioned over the whole area.
